Offices closed during RNC to re-open after Labor Day | Shopping & Services
Tampa, Florida-- Hillsborough County government facilities closed in downtown Tampa for the Republican National Convention last week, but the county reports that things will return to business as usual.
"Most County buildings will be fully back in business on Tuesday (Sept. 4), following the Labor Day holiday. This includes County Center, the Public Utilities Department administration building, the Robert W. Saunders Sr. Library, and court facilities," a county-wide release states.
The John F. Germany Public Library will resumes its normal hours today. The library closes at 6 p.m.
In the meantime, County services normally offered downtown may be found at the alternate locations listed here.
