HIllsborough County, Florida-- The Hillsborough County Property Appraisers office wants to remind everyone that the deadline to apply for homestead exemption or agriculture classification is fast approaching. Residents have until March 1st to file the required forms.

TAMPA – Property owners in Hillsborough County seeking to lower their taxes through either homestead exemption or agriculture classification have until Friday, March 1 to file the required forms with the Hillsborough County Property Appraiser’s Office.

And that's not even the best part! The man leading the group responsible for the renovation and reopening is Buccaneer legend Simeon Rice. 

According to a recent release, the 1920's building was originally labeled a knock-down until the group purchased it in foreclosure and restored the entire place.

Saint Petersburg, Florida -- The Tampa Bay Rowdies will be staying at Al Lang Stadium. The club announced Wednesday they signed a 4-year agreement keeping them at the stadium starting with the 2013 season.
