Tampa hosts inaugural Mayor's River O'Green Fest on St. Patrick's Day | Entertainment

Tampa, Fla. -- The Hillsborough River will turn green on St. Patrick's Day as Mayor Bob Buckhorn will host the inaugural Mayor's River O'Green Fest.
Besides turning the river green, the city will celebrate with food trucks, entertainment, and activities.
The Mayor says "St. Patrick's Day is an opportunity to celebrate our Irish heritage because everyone knows Ponce de Leon was really Ponce O'Leon, an Irishman."
Six food trucks will be on hand to satisfy any taste, and there will be activities for children, courtesy of the local museums.
Guests will also be to able to enjoy hours of entertainment by local Irish bands and dancers, and enjoy games and fun provided by some of the area's best sport teams, including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well as the Tampa Bay Lightning Street Team.
